Boss doesn't know the details or I am doing her work or she doesn't do what she is supposed to do.

Boss has some suspisions about coworker's work ethic but I didn't tell the boss what happened-I didn't want to strain my relationship with coworkers since I am new to the company.

It's the kind of work you won't get much credit for-leg work instead of brain work.
