I think all your boss did are quite normal. Let me analyze it this way:

3). "we are waiting for you" says the truth, and also means you are important and all people waiting there. otherwise, they will just continue meeting. You should feel honored instead of grudge. "Thanks for the waiting" will bring the topic back to meeting.
