得之不是不難， 失之要隨你意

得之不是不難:
Without good resume, nobody will looking for you.
Without required background, say heal care experience, your resume will not reach the eye ball of client.

Without knowing how to answer ask questions, you will not pass interview.

There are many peoples on the road trying to reach the limited job openings, not every of them can get.

It need experience and skill to write a good resume and to present your self to win the interview.
