Contractor工資

今天受到一個獵頭的電話，是六個月的Contractor，工資居然比我覺得合理價格的低產１／３還多。他說如果工資太高，可能拿不到這個位置。這個位置要求５年經驗。

問題：

１。現在的行情是這樣的嗎？
２。做Contractor，可以做提前結束嗎，隨時說走人嗎？

我都不知道要不要答應他。
