看了前麵的關於老板不好，想要跳槽的帖子。我也來發泄一下。

我最近內部申請了工作，Hiring Manager 非常喜歡我，準備給offer. 可是公司內部的規定是一定要問原來老板的reference.現在的老板給了很糟的reference, 盡管我的年終評論總的來說還是不錯的(3/5).

我現在的老板同我說很想留住我。我知道他的意思是我是非常好的牛馬，任勞任怨。

我的公司是非常大的銀行，他這樣不停的詆毀我當Hiring manager問reference的話，我能有什麽辦法嗎？
