俺的問題, constructive opinion only

不怕你見笑. My boss is rude, bad temper, and smart. I was so nervous in some meetings with him, almost having panic attack.

My problem is lacking of confidence, timid and sensitive, afraid of being laughed at.

I know it's bad and taught myself being
難得糊度, plus having a thick skin. It will be over very soon after that happened.

Tell me your experience on how to overcome it. It doesn't count on the professional help.
