it seems that you are more interested in industry than academia. Then biostat is a better choice.
Once there was a hype on bioinfo. Many big companies put some money to set up the department. When the economy was not good or the companies had difficulties in finance, bioinfo was the first department to get cut, in general. As a postdoc, you know bioinfo is not a profitable biz at present. I can't see it will in next 20 years. Proteomics would be the best candidate, but it depends on the advancement of AI.
Biostat is another story. It is widely used in clinical trials. Also, public health is getting more and more attentions now, and biostat is an integral part of it. You have a degree in public health. That may help if you want to be in academia.
Also, with a biostat degree, you can apply for jobs in other fields. Most classes are of statistics for the degree. With the stat background, it would be easy to transfer to other field as well, like acturial science.
I would say, Biostatistics.
