The chief architect of our team got layoff yesterday. The news was surprised. Our company is safe. Our team is one of the best performance (financial) in the company. Usually, we don't have layoff. We are short of human resources in our team. He is a hard worker and has an extensive knowledge about our product. His leaving doesn't make any sense from business point of view. I think the real reason is that he is hard to work with. I heard he argued with bosses several time.
