She should accept the offer since life is short!

I agree that bills are not so important. I just inspired myself in a worst situation to move on.

We are all adults and we all agree life is short. But you don't have to keep your pride at any time. Sometime it's all about losing faces or hurt personal feeling.

She is still trying to get back to work at another company. However with the current job market it'll be very hard to land her goal. She will feel anger, sad, mad and disappointed when she couldn't find a job at home. It'll be better she accept her job and don't put too much pressure on herself in job hunting.

I am doing the same thing now. And I am trying hard to land another job outside of company. My new boss is good to me. But I just don't like the company any more. I put aside my pressue on the work and relax more at work since I wouldn't pursue too much in the career ladder in this company. I spend more time with kid and hu*****and. A step backward is well paid off, I think.

All I am trying to say is that it's okay to accept some kind of failure. We have to admit it's not a failure not getting along with certain people even though it's not our own fault. But it's our failure to give him/her excuses to do bad things to hurt you. I hope both of us learned a lot from our unique experience and move on soon.
