Especially to those who offered suggestion. My LD's field is very narrow in industry, not mention to compare with Oracle stuff which has very large application. He is seeking to 1) transfer to other group internally, 2)Posdoc position in University, 3) very slimly industry position. And we have about half year payroll time left. LD said he will work hard on internally transfer first and see the results, and then consider others.
