If I were in your case, I will consider take the job and stay in Canada, since your hu*****and's job in US doesn't seem to be "permanent". Well if you want, you can always look for a better one while you are taking this one. Once you hu*****and is done in US, you guys must be together. Being separated for too long is definitely bad.
