I have a colleague sort of like her

he is quite a colorful figure. He interupts discussion, argues with anyoen about anything he can think of and talk on and on and no one would be able to even squeeze another word in if you do nto interupt him. But actually everybody likes him. His personality is very good. Big boss likes him too though understands perfectly well about his shortcomings and keeps telling him to improve.
Everybody gossips at work place and it is one of the ways to find things out before announcement and a way to show off conenction and power. If you have nothing to gossip about, you may have isolated yourself too much from the crowd. Getting along with co-workers is not the same thing as being their confidante. If she is able to find out things beforehand, she has some friends somewhere, right?
