最近工作壓力大,新到這個公司。Training中因為問過問題而遭白人同事白眼,所以不敢問太多問題,怕別人嫌我煩。

上周出了一個mistake, 當時我想自己可以handle就可以了,所以沒問supervisor, 結果handle錯了。
-- If you notice the supervisor, even the whole roof is down, it will not be your problem...
昨天manager給我發了一個memo, 意思是這個事情要放到performance file裏,如果繼續有此錯誤,就要up to termination of employment.
-- this is normal.
我想給manager解釋一下,因為當初是她招我來interview的,我想我一定讓她失望了。 的確是我的錯,我也想倒個歉。但老公說沒用,因為解決不了什麽問題,而且越描越黑,還有推卸責任之嫌。
-- Communication is very important.
-- Yes, go to do the talk.
-- Then be sure make improvement.
-- After the talk, don't worry too much, you will be ok if you try to make improvement.
