該給manager 解釋一下

最近工作壓力大，新到這個公司。Training中因為問過問題而遭白人同事白眼，所以不敢問太多問題，怕別人嫌我煩。

-- If you have anything you don't understand, go a head ask. Be sure you understand, then ask.
-- For a new people, use the chance to ask. Nobody will care.

上周出了一個mistake, 當時我想自己可以handle就可以了，所以沒問supervisor, 結果handle錯了。
-- If you notice the supervisor, even the whole roof is down, it will not be your problem...

昨天manager給我發了一個memo, 意思是這個事情要放到performance file裏，如果繼續有此錯誤，就要up to termination of employment.
-- this is normal.

我想給manager解釋一下，因為當初是她招我來interview的，我想我一定讓她失望了。 的確是我的錯，我也想倒個歉。但老公說沒用，因為解決不了什麽問題，而且越描越黑，還有推卸責任之嫌。
-- Communication is very important.
-- Yes, go to do the talk.
-- Then be sure make improvement.
-- After the talk, don't worry too much, you will be ok if you try to make improvement.
