何去何從

本人在這家國際性大公司工作五年，適逢經濟不好，升職今年無望。與公司老大的談話得知明年有望。但忙季過後可能裁員。 不知道在這種情況下各位 認為是留下等公司的行動明朗了呢 還是幹脆另謀高就先走為妙？真誠傾聽大家的意見。
