Do others think so, or you have been stuck at your own illusion, and think you have to be treated in a way that has to satisfy you?

To me, according to the info, it's quite clear it's the other way around. BTW, I don't think the folks have trouble finding somebody to replace, perhaps at a lower cost and easier to deal with.
