Team work: A Fair Game

From my understanding, there should not be a big trouble if your hu*****and can carefully handle the relationship with the young guy. Team spirit requires everybody in the team to work at their best. As a team leader, your hu*****and should empower his subordinates and give them a chance to succeed. Understanding each other is a key to team work. Narrow mind is dangerous and will hurt the team. Certainly, not all people will cooperate well. Work is different from study. You don't have to care about others when you study, however, you have to make everybody happy first at work...
