簡曆往哪兒投？

投了幾份簡曆，都是從網上找到，然後或者投到相關的email，或者到公司網站，進apply online。這種投法總覺得收效甚微，不知道自己的申請被積壓到哪裏。請大家說說，大家簡曆都怎麽投的？怎麽能找到相關部門的負責人。
