Group Leader != Supervisor ？？

俺覺得你沒講清楚這關係。以我猜, 你們的關係應該是：Your supervisor -> Group leader -> You。

I believe what happened was that you 不服 the group leader, so you had a fight with him/her。But the reality is that the group leader is the tech lead, even though he/she might not be your reporting boss. 你應該向 group leader 服軟，別太牛。既然他是 lead / leader，他就在技術或某方麵管著你。對你而言，所有管你的人，你都別不服。除非你有本事也當 lead，去管別人。一切存在都是合理的。千真萬確。

我想，如果和你的 supervisor，你就不會有 big fight 了。原因還在你自己。我覺得，把 lead 約出來找他談談，承認自己上次態度不夠好，他應該能接受，除非他是個王八蛋。

另，同時找工作也不是個壞選擇，大家都這麽建議，一定也有道理。
