Of course, first of all, you need to do the best trying to find a job (a job means: you do work, and you get paid for your word, on a regular timely basis).

1. She tells you that she does not know how to use your program, can you ask: "Yup? How come? Are you sure you did everything right?"

2. She wants you work for her without pay, can you tell: "Yup, I'll think about this.", then if she does not get any reply from you after a while, and get back to you again, can you ask: "Oh, I almost forgot about it, are you sure you still need it?":)
