This reminds me of an incident when I was a chef.

A customer order a four-happy-meatball and I forgot to give him any meatballs. The customer complained. I had a tough decision to make:

Whether I should take a 20 minute break to go upstairs where my home was located and make four meatballs from my own kitchen.
