You call these cheap labors 精英? What a joke!

Layoffs are so common among big 4s.

If these laid offs are 精英, why it is so hard for them to find a h1b sponsor? Let alone GC sponsorship.

In fact, 90% of these so called 精英 can only go for EB3. And hourly rate? Amazingly low. These so called 精英 are in fact just cheap labor.
