Look at the job description very carefully, review what you did last interview, try to lobby with the people (in particular the group leader) for feedback (very valuable inside information), check out the company's website and get as much information as possible, try to figure out the business model and hirachical structure of the company.....

And finally, be yourself in a very positive way, demonstrating that you're highly employable!
