It seems lots of Chinese spend time in thinking how to please the interviewer. It is way off the track. Be professional. They hire people to work, to help them, not to entertain them.

As for these kind of "questions", just keep the fundamental principle not to give stupid talks off the interview or chat so as not to irritate them. For example, no talks on religion, politics, sex, etc. In your case, just talk about your hobbies, as long as they are not radical, not politically incorrect.
