Yes, everybody must behave! Yes, it is the leader's responsibility to behave his people! -- if he cannot do that, he is not qualified.

Even Obama, the current US president, had to face this doubt: "As a black, can he decipline others?", yes, he earned the trust and confidence. BTW, I think Obama could be one of the greatest US presidents, and he's going to be tough, too.
