I don't understand this post at all. The western approach is not "大膽, 直接,坦率, 簡單, 有合理的人和人的距離, 最後是法製和節製" at all. For example, most Americans never say negativeness. If they don't agree with you, you will tell you indirectly. They seldom say "NO." However, it is not because they are 虛偽. That is tradition.
