You are right, that is the point. I am very tolerant to many of

collegues and always be nice to them. I do have the old collegues come back to me as friends.The only reason is because i take them as friends. Good thing is that we can be friends; and they share some personal points with me about this company; Bad thing is that if there are some conflict, it is hard to deal with it between me and the collegues.
