Not necessarily. It depends on your previous experience.
For instance, some guy switched from pharmaceutical industry to accounting and that guy may just concentrate on the pharmaceutical industry at Big-4. Over several years, he will become an expert of that industry.
However,the intensity of the work and the crazy hours require high level of energy and motivation.
