Interviews Conducted & Candidate Selected (2nd interviews scheduled if necessary) ->Search Committee Chair Conducts reference Checks -> Serach Committee Chair Forwards all Interview Documents to HR -> HR Contacts candidate & Makes Employment Offer -> HR Schedules Conditional Employment Testing/Screening (if necessary)
