Hi, Thanks for all your inputs. Yes, it is a manager position and I guess my advisor gave me a very strong recommendation (he is a well-known prof. in this area). I did a good job on my MS work (my MS thesis was invited and published as a book chapter few years ago). I will take some practices for next interview. Thanks for your suggestions.
