Glad you knew Oracle 8 stuff.
Pick up what you already knew is much easier than those C++/Java Programing things.

Yes, even the Oracle 11g is released, however, the core concept has not change much.
With a PC in home and Oracle 10g/11g downloaded and installed, you can have database in home, you can do whatever you like to do. You can practice the same project as you did in the company.
Sine 琴清 can sing very well after she decided "向飛鷹姐姐學習", so I am sure you can do Database stuff well after you decide 向小混混學習.... :)
