I cannot find too much words but feel very bad. That night I did not sleep well. Both heads in our group are gone.

The next day we are sitting in a small conference room to talk about our work. The temporary new head has no idea about what we were doing. He had been wrestling with my boss for about 20 years and now finally one is gone.

Who knows what is going to be the next? I might be safer now since I am the only people in R&D who knows about algorithms. But I still feel bad, very very bad, for my boss...
