salary requirement一問

下周二的onsite麵試，這周公司HR發了一個employment的application form，其中有一項salary requirement，想請教大家一下在哪裏可以查工資？

另外，也希望直接聽聽大家的建議。多謝！

我的背景
PhD， mechanical engineering
一年industry experience

公司情況：
一家跨國企業的下屬小公司，員工三十人左右
我的職位直接向chief technical officer報告
公司隻有我一個人做這個方向

還有什麽要考慮的因素麽？
