In-fighting is never a good thing to a company or the career of an employee. Playing politics needs deft hands, a sharp mind, and a poker face, neither of which is easy or even possible to copy and paste within a paragraph or two.

Let me put it this way: It's much better to make friends under the sun than making enemies. Or if you can not beat your enemy, join them!
