There is something called faith, or leap of faith, I should say. If you believe what you hear or see, go for it, jump at it, sell your house for it. If not, just walk away. No one needs to get hurt or get personal.

When you are unemployed, your options are limited. Having faith in something becomes even more important. Whether or not your faith can lead you to what you believe you should get is another story. For example, I can tell you to try lottery for a change of fortune. Fat chance, right? But you never know your fate without trying. Maybe you are the lucky one this time.
