If you think you are better than your boss, try to find a manager position in another company and prove yourself.

If you don't like being in a company of butt-kissers, do not go to the group lunch any more (risking being labeled as lacking teamwork spirit).

The bottom line is that you can vote with your voice, your feet, your loyalty, and your posts. Make it known and take the consequence thereafter.
