美國老土,能否組織一下怎麽回答這些問題?

今天真是感到奇怪,上網申請一個工作,upload簡曆和回答了一大堆問題(見如下)之後,居然連遞交cover leter的機會都沒有,就被告知申請過程結束,謝謝我的response,今後幾天會告訴我是否會繼續下一步。天!還是第一次遇到這種情況。是不是HR光看簡曆和我對這些問題的回答來決定我是否合適?能不能組織討論一下怎麽回答這些問題?
