我先收到Hire manager email 給我的沒簽名的Offer(pdf文件),這算是Offer了嗎?

後來經過煎熬了兩天, 他才FAX過來簽了他名字的OFFER,但是同時上麵寫著隻有通過了
background check( reference check, education and professional qualification, criminal record, employment verification),才生效,也就是帶條件的OFFER了?

所以現在還在煎熬中....
