Thanks for sharing, but I feel everything ethnic groups have good and bad people.
Indian people: they compete with you, maybe 20% trash, many of them are very nice.
White people: they can be peer with you, but be your boss, but it is hard for you to be their boss, and deep down, some of them look down on you. Maybe 20% trash.
Chinese people: most of them are too timid and don't speak up. To see real Chinese office politics, go to a majority chinese company. Maybe 20% trash.
