30歲了，改行到IT領域，還來得及 if you follow the right way.

Actually what you want is a job offer, not a CS degree.
Even you get a CS degree, you still need get a job offer.
If you already have a college degree in China, you can try to directly apply a job, instead of waste $$ to get another degree.
You need marketable skill to find a job, not a degree.
There is better ways to find a IT job instead of get a degree.
There are much better classes (than C++) to save your time and bring you a job quickly.
