各位職場老手請指教！

不知道我有沒有闖錯壇子。我剛進入職場，趕上老公relocation，又退出職場，現在重新擇業中。想聽聽各位的建議。

俺最近人品爆發，發在monster上的簡曆被一個小公司看中了。今天上午電話麵試，他們比較熱情。結果沒太大懸念，他們邀請下周去onsite麵試。

這個公司原來是另一個大公司的一個division，最近被英國的一個global company收購，成立了一個子公司。公司現有30多人。經濟實力不詳。主要做石油天然氣管道內流動測量儀器的。

目前看到的優點有：
1. 我過去之後基本算是獨當一麵，因為公司裏隻有我做這一塊，所以自主權會大一些；
2. 麵試我的chief technology officer提到我可以每周在office工作三天，考慮到我的工作主要是計算分析，且我住在鄰州；
3. 我的麵試官是mit博士畢業，這一點說明這個公司還是有奉獻價值的。

大家幫忙分析一下小公司工作會有哪些弊端？onsite的時候我需要問些什麽？
