1, 誰告訴你你是最差的? 你老板是你們部門裏所有新人的老板嗎?
I sort of figured it out when the review was delivered to me. My boss said something like "even xxx did such job as yyy". This xxx is famous for clueless during meetings and I have coworkers telling me that xxx is not a good fit for the team.
My boss has only me as a new employee in his team. What made me mad is that there were tasks that nobody else in the team bothered to do.He asked me to do them and I did them all, which are also his goals.
2。 老板讓你簽過什麽東西嗎?
It is online so he released it to me the other day and I have the opportunity to provide feedback for the review in the next several days.
3。 如果是大公司,criteria 應該在網站上有, 要不你找一下, 看看standard?
I have not tried it yet. But the lofty goals for the company does not translate to measurable goals for individuals.I saw the organization goals during the review, not very realistic for individuals.
4. 你有幾個老板? 跟幾個高層人一起工作過?
I have one direct boss and there are several layers on top of that. I see where you are going with this and I think it is a great idea. But I have not had the chance during the past 9 months to work with anyone above my boss or his peers. How do I create such opportunities?
I am not sure whether he would be willing to talk to me about it. Is there anyway of making sure it happens?
I am pretty sure there is something he is not happy about me, but I am not sure what it is. I was hoping to use this opportunity to open him up and know where he stands.
There were two things he mentioned several times in the past: be more aggressive and that my salary was high. I am actually pretty nervous about the latter.
