長薪水的%跟評分有關的吧！

我知道我們公司長薪水的%有個公式。具體公式不記得。總之，跟PERFORMANCE評分，跟你目前工資在你目前職稱薪水的RANGE有關。
For same rating, if your current salary is in lower percentile in the range of your title, you get more increase.
Rating doesn't matter? Don't be naive.
