Manager的位置有那麽重要嗎？

我看我那manager就會用excel和word. 平時總是打電話或發郵件安排會議，訂supply，和猶太老女人編報告，一有問題就到處問。我老板剛把她調到我們部門時，她還信誓旦旦地要學會我幹的工作，她想supervise我工作，後來我老板找她談過一次後她就知道她這輩子都不可能做我做的. 讓她過來是讓她做好服務工作，讓我們能更方便的工作。象學校裏的office manager管行政管理類的。
