5) The toughest part is to get your E3 visa. No kidding. Who is the real world would wait for more than 1 month when the immediate hire is processing his or her visa application? Most companies want to hire an accountant who can punch numbers the day after the offer is signed. This is your biggest challenge to secure a job offer from US. Fat chance, I am sorry to say.
