I quit my job two months ago to be a full time mother. Now I decided to return to job market. A recruiter recommended me a position. It seems to be a position in the same group, under the same manager that I applied in 2007. I got the oral offer in 2007 but did not go for some personal reason. Now the economy is bad. I would like to try again.
Now I have two questions.1) One is that do you guys think it is possible for them to give me offer again? 2) Should I ask the hiring manager by myself or through recruiter? I still have the hiring manager's contact infor.
Thanks.

談過後再跟獵頭說即可。
