I agree with you in total that we must put more effort in better coding and hence making better products. I am very impressed with your idea of blahblah.

Although I have already done a good job which results in only three bugs of a total of three thousands, I'll work harder to make sure that blahblah ...

(And I'll also help my teammates to improve their coding skills ... 這個可以不要，嗬嗬)
