EE should be good in salary

Among all of those, EE has the highest chance to make decent salary, CEE has the least.

ME or MSE could be busy most time, EE has more challenges technically at other end; but once you gained hands on experience, it's not bad.

If you are currently not in EE, I'd think you should try to go direction. Good luck.
