You talk like you know this 劉誌軍 and you know the 1 billion Chinese in person, and you are qualified to make the judgment call to claim this 劉誌軍 is good and the rest are  not good. Who you think you are exactly?

What is the credential of 劉誌軍, what has he accomplished other than finding father-in-laws?
