美國犯人有沒投票權是由各個州的法律規定, 有的州就有投票權.

但出獄後都能VOTE. 你說的有關日本voting right的就不對.我還專門去查了下:Currently the Constitution of Japan defines voting rights as only for citizens.^[63] In 1990, some permanent residents from Korea (see "Koreans in Japan") petitioned the Supreme Court to gain voting rights. 至少在現在外國人在日本沒有權利VOTE,就算未來有,也是那些在日居住很多年的,而且會有限製.投票權多麽神聖,在日本這麽保守的國家給予外國人投票權,不可想象.
