He has not given the details, but he is on the right track in the overall construct of the concept. Broaden tax basis, lower tax rates, simplify tax codes. This is much more appealing and practical than taxing the hell out of the so called rich, driving the most productive people out of the workforce, expanding entitlement programs, and watching the budget deficit grow.
